Pole Fitness
If you’ve never taken a pole class before, or it’s been a long time since your first class, start here. You will learn basic grips, proper shoulder engagement, work on building upper body strength, and learn your core fundamentals most used as transitional moves in beginner and upper level pole classes. Try the 4 week series to get a solid foundation before starting beginner pole or sign up for our Wednesday class! Kneepads recommended.
Pole Fitness
You will learn your basic spins, floorwork, and transitions all from the floor. All terminology will be explained in depth by your instructor. Intro to pole is recommended if you have no prior experience. You will build upper body strength as you go and conditioning is geared toward helping you prepare for inverts and climbs. Knee pads recommended.

Ready to take it up the pole? In this class you will learn how to properly climb the pole and start learning your first moves in the air. You will be introduced to spin pole and learn to control the spin motion while performing tricks and spins. Do not wear lotion or lubricants of any kind on the day of your class. Shorts, sports bra/tank top required for maximum skin grip.
Pole Fitness
This is for more advanced students who have successfully completed all levels through Beginner Spin Pole, and have been approved by an instructor to proceed to the next level. You must complete intermediate foundations before moving onto Advanced.
You will string together more advanced combos and level up your power, grace and flexibility. This class will challenge you in a fun and supportive environment. Do not wear any lotion or lubricants the day of your class, shorts and a tank top/sports bra required.

For level 2 pole students, this class explores different dance styles and genres of music. Designed to increase your pole dance vocabulary while focusing on musicality and emotional connectivity. This dance fusion class combines spin pole fundamentals, poses, spins, floorwork, and transitions with elements of contemporary dance.
Pole Fitness
Increase your confidence and self esteem while learning more sensual pole dance moves. This class focuses on floorwork, body rolls, hypnotizing legwork, and base pole twirls. Heels are encouraged but not required. No street heels or body lotions, please. Knee pads recommended.
Aerial Fitness
Aerial hoop is a circular metal apparatus wrapped in tape, suspended from our rig. In this class you will build core strength required to help with basic spins, rolls, flips, and poses. The hoops are lowered for your comfort. Leggings, a sports bra, a tank top and socks are recommended. Gloves are not advised as you will want to work on building calluses on your hands and work on your improving your grip strength.

Got your fundamentals down and are ready for your next challenge? We offer multiple levels of classes to grow WITH you! Your instructors will help you in knowing when the time is right for you to move on up. The poses and routines learned will take you to inversions and standing in the hoop. Modifications to make things easier and harder are always offered!

Hammock is similar to silks but is one piece of fabric in a loop rather than two separate pieces. You will learn inverts, wraps, different shapes, and drops. Wear leggings, a sports bra, and a shirt with sleeves is recommended..

Silks is one of the softer apparatuses and helps take pressure of your spine and joints. You will learn wraps, climbs, inverts, different shapes and drops. Leggings, socks, and a top with sleeves (short or long) are recommended. If you’ve never taken a silks class, start with Intro to Silks!
Aerial Fitness
This class combines upper level beginner with intermediate and builds on the foundations learned in beginner silks. We’ll cover climbing techniques, inversions, explore drops, and different wraps and locks. If you’ve never tried silks before, we recommend trying a beginner silks class.
Stretch and Condition
We focus on active and passive flexibility in this class. You will learn the most safe and effective ways to gain progress in your splits and backbends. We will alternate the focus of each class between front splits, pancakes, and back/shoulders. It is set up for all levels and is a great complimentary class to your aerial training as well as every day life by increasing your range of motion and relieving muscle tension.
Stretch and Condition
This gentle yoga flow focuses on stretching and releasing tension, deep breathing to calm the nervous system and reduce stress, and poses that promote deep relaxation and flexibility. We will end the flow in a short, guided meditation, encouraging mental relaxation and mindfulness.

Grab a friend and join Abbie for an upbeat, playful yoga flow. Stretch, strengthen, breathe, explore, and giggle in various yoga poses. All levels welcome, beginners encouraged. Stay for an optional complimentary mimosa afterwards and mingle with your fellow aerial enthusiasts. Our yoga classes are NOT heated, they are kept at a comfortable temperature. Wear any yoga attire or workout clothes you can move around in. Mats are provided, but you may bring your own if you would prefer.

Practice tricks and skills you’ve been learning in class during our open studio sessions. Please know multiple students may be training at the same time. Private lessons are not available during open studio. An instructor will be present but no instruction will be provided. Have what you want to work on in mind in order to use your training time more efficiently.
Speciality Class
This evening Belly Dance class with Vy incorporates Dance Movement Therapy techniques as a way of counseling and making mind body connections. This style of Belly Dance is a combination of Egyptian Cabaret and Gypsy Caravan Tribal taught in an empowering and supportive environment. Lots of laughter guaranteed as we reclaim our power, and release our creativity and essence, while finding ourselves and processing feelings of anxiety, stress, nervousness, and fears in a fun but healing way.
Speciality Class
This fun, high energy class is dance choreography blended with cardio exercises set to different styles of music. You will shake, shimmy, and twerk- it feels more like a party than exercise, but your heart will be pumping! Bring a water bottle, wear whatever you feel comfortable moving in, but maybe shorts are a good idea.
